In ancient times, there was a lord of a manor who liked to eat duck meat. Every time his chef served the duck meat, there was only one drumstick and he suspected that the chef had stolen the other one. The chef took the lord outside to look at all the sleeping ducks standing on one leg. When the lord clapped loudly, astonishingly all the ducks were stunned and stuck out the other legs. The lord shouted in a huff, “See, all the ducks have two legs!” The chef clamly answered “That’s correct, Sir. When you clap, you will have two drumsticks as well!” Shouldn’t you clap to encourage others?

Especially in network marketing industry, everyone of your team members – be it your consumers, downlines, sidelines – need some form of encouragement from the leaders or yourselve to stay focus in the business. By providing them the positive environment and cultures, it will give them the assurance that you are concerned of their business and want them to succeed. However, do remember to always say good things from the bottom of your heart! Don’t be a pretender. You must be sincere in whatever you do for them. Clap more, encourage more! Your organization will grow.
