I quickly took and read it. It was a wonderful articles and decided that before it’s gone forever, I felt that it should be shared and presented to everyone following this blog.
In this business, you don’t have to “know it all” to reach the top. In fact, success in the network marketing business comes from using what other people know to accomplish the goals. It’s called “leverage”. By using leverage, even the smallest efforts you take actions, can help you to achieve gigantic and amazing results.
In network marketing, you leverage your time, energy and effort the very same way. You leverage yours and other people’s knowledge, tools, technology, your company, meetings, systems, etc. In fact, this is the leverage business. All you need to succeed is to know that it works. Like the principle of leverage, you don’t even have to know why it works; and you need to have the right tools to make it work for you.
You may have heard some people said (especially network marketers) that they would rather earn one percent off 100 people’s efforts than 100 percent of their own. That’s what I called leverage. In network marketing which is also known as the people business, what you must leverage most is people. But how do we do it? It is none other than by using one of the most powerful principles of network marketing called “DUPLICATION”.
You probably already knows that one of the definition of duplication is to make an exact copy of the original. Many people assume the meaning of it is duplicating people. How wrong they are! In network marketing, what we are duplicating is actually the SYSTEM!
When we first learn how to read and write, it doesn’t matter who we are; whether you are a man or woman, you’re rich or poor, or whatever; everybody learns the systems of A-B-Cs, grammar and sentence structure. The last thing anybody wants is a Network of people who look, act, does, and talk just the same. the power of Network Marketing is that all these unique and different people; each with his or her own special goals, talents and personalities; come together and learn to do those same proven actions that guarantee success.
The cardinal law of the network marketing business, your very own personal franchise; is none other than this : Never, Ever, Reinvent the Wheel!
