A powerful network marketing system must have the know-how or methods to execute the business that can be simply duplicated from one people to another.
Network marketing is about people. What we are doing is duplicating people as exact copies of the original. This concept is important in the industry since we are in the ‘people’ business. The new distributor can perhaps directly influence several people, the mid-level can influence tens of people and so on. Now, are we duplicating the people or the system?
Yes. We should be duplicating the system and not the people. However, system is managed by people. Thus it is very important that the know-how involved in network marketing should be copied exactly.
When you are marketing your products in a global market, you need to know how to organize and operate your business as such that duplication is done down to the last detail. Though this is a big difficult task, it is necessary to ensure that the system created is stable that assured of forthcoming success to you as leader of your organization. This can be seen through the success of McDonald which enforced a good duplication scheme that led to the stability it enjoys now.
Another important point to be noted in having a successful network marketing system is conducting gathering. Network Marketers have different opinions on this subject. Some would not agree to it after undergoing bad experience. Some stays neutral as they are able to identify the positive and negative implications. For those who agree, they simply look at the positive environment during the gathering.
I’ve been attending such gathering every week until today. It depends on how you look at it. If you see it as a training ground where you can gather new knowledge, being updated of new marketing tools and products, giving you positive environment after facing rejections after rejections for the past 6 days, attending the weekly meeting is highly recommended.
Gathering is general. It can be a meeting, seminar, training, business opportunity and products presentation, etc. Conducting gatherings is one way to ensure that the duplication process goes in the correct directions. Again, it depends on how you understand it. Probably, you’ve experienced during certain training where the speaker or instructor will said something that can confused you. This is where duplication can never be exact, unless you ask.
Imagine you are a curious person by nature who is willing to learn new knowledge, from different speakers and instructors in different training centres. Having compiling all the notes, you start to consolidates it and comes up with your own version of doctrines and opinions. When this is passed down to your downlines, whatever they receive from you are all tainted because you deviated from the original training. The process is repeated for every person down the line and as such, the duplication process again can never be exact and accurate.
Duplicate the system not the people, because people can deviates but system stay.
