A good and effective system is needed if you want to succeed in the Network Marketing industry. However, you need to be self-motivated rather than hoping for someone to motivate you. Do remember that you are responsible to ensure that the business is well-planned and executed. You are the boss of your own company and you have to make it happen.

There are many important factors that make-up a good system. However, the most important ingredient is none other than 100% duplication. Since duplication is so important in the system, how does one go about realizing it in practice? The followings can be considered.

Duplication starts from the you, the so-called global distributor. You have to lead by setting a good example in terms of personal grooming, etiquette, personal development, etc. because at the end of the day, you as the distributor, will be the one who will be doing the business.

You should not hide your way of doing the business from your upline, whether intentionally or otherwise, since your working upline could not observe and regulate your methods of doing the business. Should there be any doubts, you should not hesitate to approach your upline, ask them and clear them. This is to reduce the deviating effects of the “subjectivity” of the human race; because any small problem or doubt that could not be settled, is proven to have a devastating side-effects!

You should always grab any opportunity to enhance your relationship with your upline and gain their trust. By doing this, your working upline will no doubt be helping you to improve your way of doing the business; this helping you to succeed in the business.
