Network Marketing is a ‘people’ business. Though you’re an independent distributor of your selected direct selling company, through your business you will get to meet and know lots of new friends. You are encourage to attend the company and system organized gatherings such as seminars, courses and training. Get to know other distributors within the company and system. They are friendly and you would find that you could learn many things from them.

When a couple initially joined a direct selling company, you would probably noticed that only one of them will be more active. When the business growing becoming more and more demanding, the one half will naturally give the active one more support. Gradually, they will work together and their relationship becoming closer and better. When a team of husband and wife work together towards achieving the same objectives and goals, it can increased their understanding and communication with each other. Get your other half to be involved in your business.

No Free Lunch

Every distributor must perform well in order to succeed in the network marketing business. You must be serious in doing it as it is your own business. No one can buy any pin titles from the company; you can only achieve it by performing well. The marketing plan of the company needs practical work compare to investing into a traditional business. As a network marketer, you must experience the same ‘journey’ as to how other distributors have gone through. Their pin titles depend on how hardworking they are and the time they spend on it.

If your sponsor wants to get any benefits from you and other business partners (downlines, of course), he or she has to maintain his/her own business volume so as to set a good example. Your sponsor will only get some benefits after you and other downlines do the selling. So the sponsors will help their downlines build their business.

Another thing you have to remember is your sponsor sometimes is not a business builder (BB). He/she only sponsored or introduced you to the products and company. In other words, a business builder (BB) is also a sponsor; but a sponsor do not mean that he is a BB. However, if you set your mind to become a business builder, don’t worry. One of your sponsor’s direct uplines, who is a BB, will automatically help and guide you into the business. So work hard for a few years and see the results. No free lunch!

Sponsor many people. The only way to expand your organization or your direct selling network is to make good use of the sponsoring system. You business volume will gradually increase due to the growth of your network. According to the marketing plan of the company, your income will also increase if your business volume expand.

Your hard work will be officially rewarded by the company. Other distributors will get to know your pin titles and success. Some company will reward you with incentive trips and some with monetary awards.

Do the Basic Thing – SELLING

If you want to buy something, you need to sell first. Do not listen to people who tell you that you don’t have to do selling. If you study the marketing plan of the direct selling company of your choice, the marketing plan is actually based on the way of non-stop selling. Therefore, the best way of doing selling is don’t stop talking with people. Another method is to visit more families and provide them service. Your after sales service is also one of the ways to get more people to share through consumers’ referral. Studies have shown that if you provide an excellent after sales services, your consumers will remember you and tend to recommend people to you. However, your products must also be good and what people are looking for.

The Company Protects Benefits of Distributors & Treat All the Same

From time to time, the direct selling company shall provides and contributes everything that the distributors need and sincerely wants to see them succeed in the business. By doing this, they are actually helping the distributors to build their network and expand the business smoothly. The company will not sell the products itself.

Regardless of the size of the business, the service record and the pin title of the distributors, or you are just a consumer, the company will provide good service to all. A professional network marketing company recognizes all distributors as their “boss”. Remember, if distributors don’t do their business seriously, the products, how good they are, will not be known to others. In fact the company sales growth depend on the works of the distributors. This is a very important concept that every employees in the direct selling company should know. How they service the distributors reflects how the distributors service others.
