One of the goals in Network Marketing business is to be successful and becoming a good leader who are able to guide your downlines and business partner to be successful too.

Whatever you are doing in life, whether you are working or running your own business, etc., having a momentum and passion is very important. You could either make or break. Getting the momentum to start your network marketing business is important. Once you have the passion of doing it, you’ll love what you do and will continue doing it until you succeed.

As a network marketer, we are exposed with many issues that we have to face whether we like it or not. One of the issues that we are facing today is the competitive from other direct selling companies. You must be able to make a decision into joining the right direct selling company’s of your choice. Choose a company with tracks record that always think of their distributors and products. Choosing the right company will determine your success in the industry. As such, you have no other choices, apart from becoming a leader.  In order to become a successful leader, you have to work hard to go for higher pin titles. How do we plan to do so?

If you are following my blog, I have clearly stated in most of the blogging articles that you have to improve your personal development as it’s you that make it happen! It’s you that control your life! It’s you that is responsible of your own destiny!

Everyone can succeed in the industry if they have the positive mindset, willing to go beyond what you can do or achieve using your vision. You must always be patient and focus the growth, progress of your ability. If you want to be a leader, you must be a role model to your downlines or team members, and lead them. Work yourself up to a higher pin title. When you are one of the highest pin leaders of the company, you will be exposed to other distributors or people. You will be able to improve your communication skills with people, get many breakthrough, obtain first-hand information, and giving you the opportunity to have a complete picture of the direct selling company.

You must have a system that can help you to succeed. A proven system that is easy to duplicate and guaranteed success to anyone who have chosen to walk the same path as you. A system that can be easily duplicated by your team members. A system that is simply easy to adapt, apply and learn.

A complete system must include the know-how to do the business, and a good people management skill where your personal development is will be tested. Read books and listen to tapes related to the industry to improve your knowledge. When dealing with people, you must know how to tap into your sub-conscious mind and learn how to provide motivational support, inspire people, and assist them to be successful.

Remember, don’t just leave them to sail across the ocean alone, you are the “captain”, and your duty is to guide them to sail safely, give them all your care, teach them, so that they can teach others to do the same as you. In other words, an effective and proven system can help you to lead your network team towards success!

There was once a poor middle-aged man in the West who was very lazy to go out to work.  Though he was poor, he was actually a healthy person who was able to work if he wanted to do so. Instead, he will asked people for money to feed himself and his habit – he loved to drink beers! He had a dream to become a rich and successful person.

One day he came to the church, praying piously to the God, ” Oh Lord, please give me money!” Eventually a few days later, he returned to the church again and continued to pray, “Lord, you must give me the opportunity to be wealthy. I have been poor all my life. Please take pity on me! My dream is to be rich!”

One week later, he came back to the church and prayed again, “Oh Lord, why do you not granting my wish? I really am very poor and need sum money to survive ….” Suddenly, there was a lightning flash in the church followed by a loud thunderous boom! ” You have been begging so hard for so long, but you should at least go out and look for work rather than leading your current lifestyle! Look for opportunity to fulfil your dreams!”

In order for you to be successful in whatever you desire and dream, you have to work your way up. When you are given the opportunity that could improve your lifestyle, you have to consider the opportunity, make your decision, do your planning, focus and take actions! In order for you to enjoy the fruits that you are harvesting, you need to make some  investment to kick start your desire. There is no shortcut to success. Obviously you need time, money, effort, etc. to achieve your goals. However, it’s your attitude that determines your success.

As a network marketer, shouldn’t you be spending a small sum of money to buy some motivational and success tools to improve your personal development? Do make up your mind. Personal development includes improving and changing your attitudes towards success.

In ancient times, there was a lord of a manor who liked to eat duck meat. Every time his chef served the duck meat, there was only one drumstick and he suspected that the chef had stolen the other one. Especially in network marketing industry, everyone of your team members – be it your consumers, downlines, sidelines – need some form of encouragement from the leaders or yourselve to stay focus in the business. By providing them the positive environment and cultures, it will give them the assurance that you are concerned of their business and want them to succeed. However, do remember to always say good things from the bottom of your heart! Don’t be a pretender. You must be sincere in whatever you do for them. Clap more, encourage more! Your organization will grow.
