Why Duplication is Important in Network Marketing Training

Almost every network marketing leaders talk about duplication. It has been noted that deviation will occur 3 or 4 levels down the network, causing imperfect duplication and hence, only a proven and effection system can ensure 100% duplication. There are 3 reasons for this.

It does not waste time making mistakes because having experience to teach you the ropes is the best and by learning from other’s experience, you can avoid making mistakes that they did. Otherwise, making them could well be a painful experience, where damage can be irreversible. This is an intelligent way to make use of the experience of the upline. It keeps thing simple. It allows the network marketing newbies to learn a fixed set of knowledge and to follow them in order to help anyone, regardless of background to understand and to be successful in accomplishing their goals.

It is highly stable. It cultivates the high sense of loyalty to the network by perfect duplication. A good system will emphasized that the quality of the effort put in is perfect or equivalent to the quantity of people recommended. It enforces 100% duplication and the leaders work in an organized team that focuses on achieving their goals as a group. This is the greatest challenge of all.

It is also worth mentioning again that a proven and effective network marketing system will clearly states that if the duplication process is carried out in the incorrect manner; it will result in eventual disintegration and instability in the system. This is indeed the crux of the whole business!

Network Marketing Training Concept Part 2

The Network marketer who adapts the centralized method often depends on his or her own charisma to work which does not have a lasting effect on the system. More often then not, some network marketing companies do have some charismatic distributors who were performing well when they first started the business. However, as their “personal stories” were being told everyday, it becomes so common that the listeners or people get less interested and tired. Due to this, they are not able to create deep and strong organizations.

Thus, the system traps itself in a vicious cycle of having to refresh and turn over their so called ’speakers’ often so as to bring in people with different background, rank, age and experience. Should the demographics of the staff be homogeneous, such as; will the speakers and trainers are too young, the organization will be in trouble. Unless the system has distributors that are very evened out in terms of personal and group characteristics while maintaining professional image with a standard set of grooming and attitude that can only come with exact duplication, it will excel and not trapped within.

In some countries, we could still see the mass of people who are into network marketing business who have this reliance on the charismatic icons of leaders in their organizations. This is rather ‘dangerous’ because this person or persons cannot afford to make any mistakes. He is also restricted in the sense that he cannot even fall sick or make a recreational overseas trip unless he bring his whole downlines together with him.

This will also means that it is too much of a risk to rely on the success or failure of your entire business on this speaker or speakers. Imagine, what if the speaker makes mistakes? What are you going to do?

Other than that should this speakers are distributors from a different organization, it would throw the system into chaos! Thus, the enlightened network marketer should always handle his or her own business and with the aid of the correct know-how, the upline, through gatherings and usage of system tools, he or she can do the business in a less risky, correct and stable manner.

There are many other disadvantages and loopholes in the centralized training method, such as squabbles regarding money matters, personal arguments among people, etc. and most of which cannot be properly resolved. This will cause much wastage of time and money.
