Keep Promises And Take Actions If You Want To Succeed

I received an email from one of my blog readers asking me whether there is a way to keep her going in network marketing. In her email, she stated that she felt motivated and encouraging in the first three months of the business. After that, she don’t really feel like continuing in the business as she don’t have anyone that were interested.

In fact, this is the same question I always get from my downlines. I used one principle that actually works for me and my downlines if only we take action.

Among the many tools that can help you succeed, the most powerful tool is to combine ‘PROMISE’ and ‘ACTION’. In his book, W.H. Murray wrote that unless a person made a promise, otherwise he or she will always be hesitant, indecisive and ultimately withdraw from whatever they desires.

prawny060200045 Many innovative ideas, remarkable plans, wonderful dreams are being given up so easily or trashed due ignorance. Any determination works to its fullest only when a promise is made. At that time or moment, the sense of motivation will stretch ones capability to the maximum potential.

This experience happened to me last year. I nearly gave up the business. I was feeling really down, no income coming in. It was stagnant and I almost gone broke. How do I get out of this? You probably knows that I’ve been in the industry coming to 3 years as a full-time network marketer. Whatever I do is for my family. I want them to lead a better life. I want to be there with them when they need me. I’ve made many promises to myself. The one that pushed me through it was I will never, ever give up. I will never quit the industry even if it takes me to change my mindset to review my business plan.

At that moment, I decided to add in another powerful tool into my business. I wanted to share all my experience that I’ve gone through especially those who want to be a Network Marketer. I needed a platform to do that and this is the one. This blog which you are reading was started on 15 November 2008. It change my life and others too. It’s obviously works! I combined the ‘Promise’ and take ‘Action’.

Once a promise is made, visible or invisible help will rush in immediately. As such, things will turn from rough to calm, from bad to good, from danger to safety. The ‘invisible’ hand will push you forward. It’s the law of attraction.

Remember the saying “Do it now! It does not matter whether you do or do not have the capability”. The most famous saying that I like to borrow from Nike – Just Do It!. Only when you do it, then you will discover that boldness and fearless can produce such power and miracles! Off course, believe in your faith. It will get you through it.

Before I go, Adidas states that Nothing is Impossible, and Impossible is Nothing! But only if you take action.

Attempts and Commitment should be Instilled in Network Marketing

Creating a continuous learning environment is a must if you want to succeed as a network marketer. The more you do, the more things you learn. It does not matter if you encounter difficulties or go to the wrong path. At least you learn that “this is a wrong path”. That is what learning and growth means.

“I do not know how to begin?”. For any matters, if it needs you to know it before you can do it, just begin working on it and learn along the way. This is the best suggestion I can give you. I do not suggest that you try it again and again in your own field. Instead, you should go beyond your own comfort zone!

To carry on executing things in your original space may hinder your progress as you will only be exposed to your own area of expertise. However, when you attempt to pick up an unknown practice, you will gain much more experience; especially when it is something you feel that is outside of your comfort zone!

While you are considering to or not to try any new ideas, all you have to worry is to ask yourself this question: “Will this hurt my life?” If the answer is NO, then go all the way out to execute it. Of course, with such attitude, you’re not going to have an easy life. You’re going to encounter many obstacles and setbacks. But it is still better than achieve nothing.

While others may ask, “How can I handle all the work simultaneously?” I will reply by asking, “How can you only do so little at one time?”. Why I ask this question because I strongly believe that the potential of every person is infinite.

Every person possesses tremendous potential that can produce incredible results beyond ones imagination.

As long as every network marketer is confident in oneself and dare to make mistakes, there is nothing that cannot be achieved! Unfortunately, only few has such insight. Most people just wait. Even more let time pass them, nothing gets done and end up accomplish nothing in life.

Learning Determines Your Success In Career

“You have to take care of your bicycle…lock it even you just go into McDonald for 2 minutes.. make sure you use a good lock…people can easily cut the chain if you use a cheaper one … my bicycle very cheap also people want to steal, if your bicycle sure they will take..” said an old man I met last week at McDonald Restaurant. It may sounds familiar if you are the type of person who is very particular of your belongings.

As a network marketer, I treat all comments and advices as a learning subjects regardless as to whether they are being repeated or new ones. I lend my ears to this stranger and attentively listened to what he was saying. At the end of the conversation, I learnt few new things from him. Lesson number one is learn how to listen attentively.

“I normally like to talk to people even though I don’t know them.. as long as I get to know what I want to know from him” said Mr. Tan referring to my bicycle as he really wanted to know how I got it. Lesson number two.

“I didn’t know that this is a very old bike! Are you sure that the frame is about 20 years old? Looks very new to me… you really know how to take care of the bicycle..”. he expressed his unbelievable to see a bicycle which was about 20 years old but was well-maintained. When you continue your interaction with anyone, subsequently you will get to know more things. This is lesson number three.

Network Marketer must always posses good behaviour and positive attitude in order to learn. Why? Obviously the reason is because the key foundation to establish a multi-level networking is the willingness to learn.

If you understand the importance of continuous learning, you are in the process of growth. At this point of time, do not forget the principle of success. Follow the right person and the right advise. By doing this, you are going to do the right thing. When you do the right thing, you are one more step closer to success!

After a period of time, you will definitely attain freedom in life! Whatever learning process that you have to go through now, you are preparing the path to your freedom in Life!

Most people understand that the cost and the time spent on training is very high. This is where sacrifices are sometimes needed too, in order to achieve what you desire.

However, only the minority of people realizes the consequences and the price of ignorance. The majority will wait and see and will only take action when they actually face the problem themselves.

Imagine yourself is a trained individual who continuously improve your personal development. You are happy, independent, relaxed and efficient. You always be inspired, productive and always calm when handling problems. You’ll be more appreciative. You are able to teach others and successful.

On the other hand, if you are untrained, you always feel the fear, pressurized, inefficient and will always depend on others. You will always feel discouraged, tend to waste unnecessary valuable time and flurried. You feel embarrassed, always need to learn and think of failures even before you execute it.mybike1

One thing for sure, as you finally understand why must you keep on learning, especially how to do it, you are no longer limited by any restriction.

By the way, I got to know him more that Thursday night, treated him with a cup of cafe latte, and made a new friend. It’s all started with my bike. This is the bike that started the learning interaction.

Who Is The Master Of Attitude….

As we grow older, some of us probably will realize the importance of life to an individual. As a network marketer, you probably will feel the same way as what I felt, because we want to be successful in life.

One of the principles of life that I always try to improve is attitude. For me, attitude is more important than the present reality, background, education, money, environment, failure, success, as well as the opinion of others.

Attitude is also more important than your look, your talent and your skills. it can make or break a company, an organization, friendship or even a family.IS0266N3H

However, one thing for sure, that is not surprising to all, you can always choose your own attitude freely. In other words, you can become whoever you want to be, you can choose what you want in life, etc. But the fact is, you cannot change your past; and very often you too are not able to change other people behaviour and habits.

Similarly, you cannot change things that are eventually going to happen. However, one thing that you can always change if you want to, that is your attitude! I strongly believe that only 10% of my life is influenced by things that have already happened. The remaining 90% is controlled by my attitude towards issues.

Therefore, it goes the same to you. If you want to succeed in whatever you do, something that can change your life, especially if you are a network marketer, you have to accept the reality that we all are the master of our Attitude.
