What You Must Consider When Expanding Your Network Marketing Business Globally

On my previous articles, I have shared with you what I strongly believed how a good and effective system should have based on my personal experience as a traditional network marketer. The followings are the points you should consider, just to recap what I’ve stated, in case you’ve missed the previous postings.

  • A know-how on how to execute the network marketing business ;
  • 100% duplicated;
  • People as it is a ‘people’ business;
  • Gatherings of people for training, seminar, etc.; and
  • Tools which are the weapons in the business.

Unless you are using the online marketing method to ‘present’ your business opportunity, you have to be prepared to expand your business to overseas market. How are you going to do that? What must you have to bring your market globally?

Let me show you some skills that I’ve personally used to expand the overseas market through the offline methods.

You must be ready to work hard but smart. Keep on improving your communication skill with people. It will be good if you know how to speak their languages or you have leads in the country that you are expanding.

The network marketing company you’ve chosen is globally in operations and has offices and showrooms all over the regions.

Ensure that your local market is strong. Your downlines and customers are independent and able to service themselves when you are out of town.

Leverage on your network marketing system that you currently duplicated. A good system operated globally and not only in your local area. Leverage on the tools, gatherings, people especially your uplines.

You yourself must be independent. However, be fit and financially secured if you want to bring your business overseas. You need to spend and must be able to control your expenses. Cost will definitely increase, and so does the time. So you have to speed-up your frequency to minimise the cost involved. You should be able to control your time 100%.

Have a positive attitude. Be professional and continue to build your credibility with your current and future downlines and customers. Treat everyone as your business partners.

Do not be afraid of what people think, look and say of you. However, be humble but show your confident and excitement. Just continue to do it as though you are doing it at home.

Focus on your ‘objectives’ – ignore all the ‘devil’ or ‘dream-stealers’ that can make you lose your concentration.

Do your planning properly. Again, don’t waste time. Schedule your appointments in advance – at least secure a minimum of 4 confirmed appointments during your trip. Don’t ever rely on ‘cold’ calls. However, a ‘warm’ call is appropriate if you have leads in that country that you have not contacted. If you are very comfortable with ‘cold’ calling, then just proceed.

Rejections are common in the business. If you can’t handle rejections, then drop the idea of expanding your network marketing business globally. There are other methods you can do by using the online marketing tools.

One of the rules in any business is to accept failures if you want to succeed. You must enjoy on what you’re doing and have passion in doing it.

If your dream is big, the problem becomes small! If your dream is small, then the problem will becomes big!

When you are marketing it online, than you need a an effective Internet marketing system to support you such as opt-in page, autoresponder, etc. Remember, the same principles must be implemented whether you do it offline or online. This is to ensure the duplication process is professionally carried out.

Mentors, uplines and meetings are also tools that can help you to succeed.

It takes years of experience and hands-on to find the essence of an effective and  successful network marketing system. However, if you have already found it, hold on to it and implement it to excel in your network marketing business.

In Network marketing, establishing a career and to achieve high ranks are not difficult and challenging at all. The real challenge is in perfecting the duplication process and to maintain the stability of the network marketing system and your organization.

Network Marketing – People Business & Successful Gathering

A powerful network marketing system must have the know-how or methods to execute the business that can be simply duplicated from one people to another.

Network marketing is about people. What we are doing is duplicating people as exact copies of the original. This concept is important in the industry since we are in the ‘people’ business. The new distributor can perhaps directly influence several people, the mid-level can influence tens of people and so on. Now, are we duplicating the people or the system?

Yes. We should be duplicating the system and not the people. However, system is managed by people. Thus it is very important that the know-how involved in network marketing should be copied exactly.

When you are marketing your products in a global market, you need to know how to organize and operate your business as such that duplication is done down to the last detail. Though this is a big difficult task, it is necessary to ensure that the system created is stable that assured of forthcoming success to you as leader of your organization. Some would not agree to it after undergoing bad experience. Some stays neutral as they are able to identify the positive and negative implications. For those who agree, they simply look at the positive environment during the gathering.

I’ve been attending such gathering every week until today. It depends on how you look at it. If you see it as a training ground where you can gather new knowledge, being updated of new marketing tools and products, giving you positive environment after facing rejections after rejections for the past 6 days, attending the weekly meeting is highly recommended.

Gathering is general. It can be a meeting, seminar, training, business opportunity and products presentation, etc. Conducting gatherings is one way to ensure that the duplication process goes in the correct directions. Again, it depends on how you understand it. Probably, you’ve experienced during certain training where the speaker or instructor will said something that can confused you. This is where duplication can never be exact, unless you ask.

Imagine you are a curious person by nature who is willing to learn new knowledge, from different speakers and instructors in different training centres. Having compiling all the notes, you start to consolidates it and comes up with your own version of doctrines and opinions. When this is passed down to your downlines, whatever they receive from you are all tainted because you deviated from the original training. The process is repeated for every person down the line and as such, the duplication process again can never be exact and accurate.

Duplicate the system not the people, because people can deviates but system stay.

Apart from duplication, another important aspect that makes a successful and powerful system is the network marketing know-how. This is where systems are compared.

By implementing the right know-how, it will help to ensure how you handled and trained people you sponsored to be successful as you; which also implies that success is not by luck. With a good know-how, it allows the ordinary network marketer to work towards the goals.

The application of the correct know-how and the correct system or operations method will ease the process as the business expands, tapping effortlessly into the intelligence from you, the network marketer.

You must remember that the biggest benefit of this business is that you can earn a handsome profit with little startup cost. The entire business has two main aspects: building up a retailing business and a business system. Always treat it as your own business, even though you only do it on a part-time basis. A good and effective system is indeed the fortune of the network marketing industry. System should be simple, easy to follow and guaranteed success.

Network Marketing And Internet Marketing System. Any Different?

For the past days, I’ve been blogging about network marketing system and the most important factor that can make the system a successful one which is duplication. Now, before I go any further, I received an email from one of my closes friend who asked me about the difference between network marketing system and the Internet marketing system.

First I thought that I just replied to him personally, however, since the question asked was quite important, I decided to write it here for everyone. Now, this is only my own opinion and thought after getting involved in the traditional network marketing business since 1998. You have all the right to reject the ideas. It also shows how ‘success breeds success’ and how the inspired inspires others. More importantly, these group of people share their experience to others to achieve success. Even the newbies who start from scratch in this business can quickly establish their own success.

A system will normally select or cooperated with a top direct selling or network marketing company as their medium. In other words, this company is only a supplier of products. The system is the platform for us to do the business. That’s why a good system sometimes will differ from the direct selling or network marketing company’s own system.

Apart from the above, there are other important points to be noted about a network marketing system that works.

  • The Know-how – The most powerful part of a good system apart from duplication.
  • People – The core of the Network Marketing Business.
  • Gatherings such as meeting, seminars, etc. – Provision of positive environment.
  • Tools – Personal development, selling, marketing, etc.

Internet marketing system is one of the know-how and tools in Network Marketing System. Do you know the difference now? It’s part of a good network marketing system. It’s about marketing your products online or through the powerful media of the Internet.

Having know the different, you decide which come first.

Real success does not only mean how high you are ranked or pin title you achieved, but how you use the correct methods to build depth and width to intensify and broaden the success.

Who Are The Network Marketing Leaders

Network marketing is a ‘people business’. A smooth talker isn’t a leader. A leader sometimes is not a smooth talker but leader can definitely guide his followers if he himself is a great admirer of duplication. Leader can be made.

Yesterday, I blogged about duplication in a successful network marketing system. Systems can only be duplicated if it has leaders who not only elevates the core values such as honesty, being down-to-earth, etc. but knows how to duplicate.

All of these people get together to form an effective group, properly orientated that help each other to build the business all by themselves.

‘People Business’ is actually rather complex since every individual is subjective.
