How To Keep Up The Fighting Spirit

As a traditional Network Marketer, I have to ensure that I always maintain or increase the level of ‘fighting’ spirit. The environment out there is always negative unless you know how to make it positive. However, it easier said than done. So, by keeping up the fighting spirit, it actually help me to stay put in the industries. Here are some to share with.

  • Have a positive attitude. Well, it not easy as you are in fact trying to change your habits. But you have to do it if you want to be successful in whatever you choose.
  • Be a leader – You have to get ready to learn to become a leader. Be responsible to yourself, your business and your family.
  • Be a fighter, not a quitter. Remember that in this industries, you are going to face rejections after rejections. This is your business, there will be up and down. You have to be strong in what you believed in. Just continue doing it, use all the tools provided by the systems you are currently or going to use.
  • Stay fresh and be physically healthy.
  • Have courage as this is one of the most important factors to succeed in the business.
  • Have faith in yourself, never forget about your religion, always pray to the Creator to show you the correct path in life and your business.
  • Be sincere but firm. Do not cheat people.
  • Make it simple. Don’t make it complicated until you yourself confuse.
  • Always keep yourself presentable especially your attires and image (personal care).
  • Keep yourself updated of the industries through all media available. Listen to tapes and audio, watch video and read books. Remember, knowledge is power.
  • Don’t forget about personal development. Keep upgrading from time to time.
  • Once you determine to have it, just do it! No excuses.

There are no ceiling as to how much you can earn if you are in the network marketing business. Unless you spread your wings, you will never know how high you can fly.

Why And How A Network Marketer Manages Time

As a Network Marketer, managing your time is one of the most important factors especially if you are doing the business full-time. Remember, time management is important not only in the business but also in your personal life; so it’s important to value the time you have.

No matter how long you live, time will always be limited. So you must make full use of the time that you are given.  In traditional business, the time is not multiplying, however in network marketing business, you can multiply the time you have in a day if you know how to fully leverage other people time; by training your downlines or distributors.

In this business, investing quality time that benefit, you can actually predict the returns. Use the time to share your business with others, inspired them why you are in the business.  Time is effective when every time you execute, you get results – so know how to use, what time to use and focus into it.

These are some tasks that you can plan daily if you are a full-time traditional network marketer in MLM.

  • Prioritise your daily tasks – Morning is the most precious time!
  • Go out of the house as if you are still working a 9 to 5 job (This is a must for a newly full-time network marketer)
  • Gather your downlines or team members and held a small meeting every morning.
  • Have appointments, home visits, exchange namecards – an effective daily tasks.
  • Listen to tapes, read books that can help you in the business – Adjust your mentality to think as a leader.

There are many other tasks you can do daily to keep you motivated and occupied. Time, if use wisely, will become unlimited and your life become more meaningful.

Lastly, use your time wisely, plan it well, it will help you to succeed in your business.

Depending on the circumstances of life, there are many reasons why we are in the network marketing industries. These are some but not exhausted.

Just finished reading the books (get it too from the library)…

This book really give me the inspiration to strongly believe that if you are honest with the products that you are marketing, you would definitely achieved success, whether it will come fast or take a longer period… just continue to build up something that you are very passionate and let the sincerity do the marketing for you.

The book was co-authored by Joe Vitale and Craig Perrine. It was about the interviews done by Craig Perrine with some of the most talented, down to earth individuals who were very successful Internet marketers, namely, Amy Grant, Armand Morin, Bill Hibbler, Cindy Cashman, David Riklan, David Garfinkel, Lisa Coltman, Mark Joyner, Mark Ryan, Michel Fortin and Sylvie Fortin, Nathan Anderson, Pat O’Bryan, Suzanne Burns and forgetting Joe Vitale himself.

All of them shared how they accidentally created a niche that comes from their heart, passion which inspired them to do so.

Inspired marketing is a powerful new way of connecting your customers that is authentic, doesn’t require any “strategy”, and comes from the heart. It’s a match between coming from the heart and possibly even from a sense of a higher purpose or a higher inspiration and matching that with good marketing principles.

It’s a must read for all network marketers. It has inspired me to continue writing and sharing something that I’m passionate with – MLM/Network Marketing, personal development, etc.

Why Asking The Right Questions Are Important

“Hey Jai, you seems to be doing fine in the business now, can I join you?”

“Jai, what will it takes to be in the business, any tips from you?”

“What are the methods to run the business?”

These are some questions that were posed to me when I meet friends and prospects. Having been in the industry for quite sometimes, I will not get them too excited but giving them the direct answers. Network Marketing is about people right?. It’s about building network of ‘good’ people and partners. This is what I normally do in respect of their questions.

I told them to ask some general questions to themselves – THOUGHT.

  • What do you want? – Your needs
  • Why you want it?
  • Where do you want to go?
  • What you want to accomplish in life?
  • What are your dreams? Have you visualize the dreams?
  • Have you set a goal?
  • Why you must accomplish the goals?
  • Why you must know how to differentiate between goals and dreams?
  • Why you must focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want?
  • What is your view in life-long learning? Are you the person who will always want to develop yourself?
  • and more….

Then, I will ask them some direct questions on why they want to do the business.

  • Ask yourself how much you are willing to sacrifice to achieve success in the business? – Your desire to succeed
  • Where do you want to position yourself in the industries?
  • Ask yourself whether you have the passion in the business?
  • Why do you want to be involved in Network Marketing? What’s the pulling factors?
  • and more….

I end up the session sharing with them the 3 types of motivations.

  • Fear Motivation
  • Incentives Motivation
  • Purpose Motivation

It is your responsibility to be responsible in life. Remember, no one is going to hurt you, unless you hurt yourselves…..

My Precious Passed Away

Just two days after they were born, the little one which we named Precious, passed away peacefully, leaving his parents and siblings. As expected, looking at his situation, all of us knew that the little kitten will not stay long. God answered our prayers. Why? Precious was not like his other siblings, he was born abnormal. Though, we focused on him, God loves him more than us.

Life has to go on. I’m wondering whether both JJ and Jane knew on his demised. My son cleaned him up and his body will be buried near our home. May God bless him always, Ameen.

In Network Marketing, people come, people go. Sometimes they die off along the way. At one time you might have many people under you, but at one go, you might have none. Whether they are your downlines, distributors or users, the numbers will fluctuate. However, life has to go on. You still carry on prospecting for people, talk to people, nurturing your people, train your people.
